
The third edition of the annual TEIN-UCC Conference took place today, 12th July 2025 at Auditorium 900, UCC.
The theme for this year Conference was. “From the Frontlines to the Future: Honouring TEIN’s Role in Victory and Reclaiming Our Voice in National Strategy.” The chairman for the occasion Prof. Vincent Assanful commended the TEIN-UCC executives for their historic electoral victory on the UCC campus. He urged them to maintain the gains made to continually position TEIN as a formidable group on Campuses
Delivering the purpose of gathering, President of TEIN-UCC Taadi Kofi Manote passionately appealed to the NDC leadership to integrate TEIN into the national strategy.
Hon. Eduamoah Ekow Payin Okyere, the Central Regional Minister, encouraged students to consider agriculture, emphasizing the wealth in farming.
The Guest Speaker and Deputy Minister of Education Hon Dr. Clement Abas Apaak reaffirmed the NDC’s commitment to TEIN, urging students to remain dedicated and hardworking.
Dr. Sammy Ayeh, a former TEIN UCC president and Presidential aide in charge of government communications, emphasized TEIN’s critical role in national development.
The program recorded massive attendance with participants from across TEIN institutions in the Central Regions.
The conference was highly impactful and educational.
